  • 2. Work experience verifying documents: You need to submit documents specifying your experience and proof of employment. These include your appointment and joining letters for current and previous employers, relieving letter and letter of experience provided by employers, apart from pay slips for at least the past 6 months.
  • 3. Language proficiency documents: Applicants need to provide certificates to prove that they are proficient in either English or French. They are tested on their ability to read, write, speak, or hear the languages. For proficiency in English, the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) and CELPIP (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program) are preferred while TEF (Test d'Évaluation de Français) is used to test proficiency in French. Once you have taken the test, the score is valid for 24 months.
  • 4. Travel documents: You are required to furnish your travel documents including your visa. While providing details about your passport, you should inform when and where the passport was issued, as well as when it will expire.   • 8.Stay in Quebec – Minimum 1 point (stay between 2 weeks and 3 months); maximum 5 points (full time study or work for 3 months or more)
